苍附导痰汤联合针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征Meta分析

摘要 目的应用Meta分析研究方法,对苍附导痰汤联合针灸治疗痰湿瘀阻证多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效进行系统评价,为临床治疗提供参考。方法计算机检索多个数据库中运用苍附导痰汤加减联合针灸治疗PCOS的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限为2010年1月1日—2023年3月15日,按照纳排标准筛选和提取资料,使用Revman 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8项RCT研究,涉及患者651例。苍附导痰汤加减联合针灸治疗PCOS,在改善月经恢复情况、排卵率、妊娠率、性激素卵泡生成激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、睾酮(T)均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苍附导痰汤联合针灸治疗PCOS,较单纯应用西药疗效更好,但由于纳入文献的质量较低,故结果需更多高质量的RCT以提供更多的循证医学证据。 Objective The meta-analysis aimed to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with syndrome of phlegm-damp stagnation,thus providing reference for clinical treatment.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about Cangfu Daotan Decoction with acupuncture and moxibustion for PCOS which published from January 1,2010 to March 15,2023 were retrieved in multiple databases.Eligible Data was performed for a meta-analysis using Revman 5.4 software.Results Eight RCTs representing 651 patients were included.The combination therapy presented significantly improved menstrual recovery,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estrogen(E_(2)),testosterone(T)relative to the controls.Conclusion Cangfu Daotan Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion is superior to Western medicine alone for PCOS.However,most reports included in this study had low levels of evidence.Hence,high-quality RCTs will be needed to support the results,thus providing evidence-based medicine for PCOS.
