《金匮要略》治妇人病方剂拾遗

Supplementary Formulas for Treating Women′s Diseases in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber

《金匮要略》关于治疗妇人病的记载,存在有论无方或者虽有方但未完备的情况,而《备急千金要方》和《千金翼方》中则记载了很多唐代及之前的经典方剂,可以从中选取适当的方剂补充入《金匮要略》,作为学习拓展之用。《金匮要略·妇人产后病脉证治》虽然列举了产后多虚、多汗的病症,但是有论无方,没有列出相应的方药,可从《备急千金要方》中选取地黄酒,作为妇人产后血虚调补之用;选取猪膏煎作为产后多汗、大便难的调补药膳。《金匮要略》中记载的梅核气大多为积寒、气郁所致,仲景选用偏辛温苦燥的半夏厚朴汤治疗。对于因虚损导致的梅核气,《备急千金要方》采用凝唾汤进行治疗,将《备急千金要方》的凝唾汤补进《金匮要略》,可使梅核气治法更为全面,虚实寒热之治皆备。

In Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,there are records on the treatment of women′s diseases,but some have theories without related formulas,or some have formulas but incomplete.However,in Important Formulas Worth a Thousand Gold Pieces,and Supplement to ′Important Formulas Worth a Thousand Gold Pieces′,there are a lot of recorded classical formulas from and earlier the Tang Dynasty.Suitable formulas from these texts can be added to Synopsis of the Golden Chamber for learning and expansion.In Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,postpartum symptoms like deficiency and excessive sweating are discussed,but no specific formulas are provided.Rehmannia wine can be selected for blood deficiency in postpartum women,while Pig Paste Decoction can be selected for excessive sweating and constipation.Globus hysteriocus recorded in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is mostly caused by cold accumulation and qi stagnation.Zhang Zhongjing selects Pinellia and Officinal Magnolia Bark Decoction with pungent,warm,bitter and dryness properties to treat it.For Globus hysteriocus caused by deficiency,in Important Formulas Worth a Thousand Gold Pieces,Ningtuo Decoction is used.Incorporating Ningtuo Decoction from Important Formulas Worth a Thousand Gold Pieces into Synopsis of the Golden Chamber makes the treatment of Globus hysteriocus more comprehensive,covering deficiency,excess,cold,and heat.
