抑制冲击负载影响的工业园区用户侧储能优化配置

Optimal allocation of user-side energy storage in industrial parks considering impact suppressing of shock loads

摘要 随着工业园区大功率电机等冲击负载日益增多,冲击负载在接入和退出时会引起配电网电压质量下降,储能是解决电压质量问题的有效方法。针对冲击负载导致的配电网电压质量问题,提出一种抑制冲击负载影响的分布式储能配置方法。首先,分析冲击负载对配电网电压质量的影响,基于储能对电压的补偿机理分析,获得储能容量和最大功率设置的边界条件;其次,根据储能容量和功率的边界条件,建立用户侧储能配置二层规划模型,上层模型以年费用最小为目标优化储能的容量和功率,下层模型以配电网运行成本最小为目标对储能进行优化调度;最后,搭建工业园区配电网系统,对所提用户侧储能配置方法进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,所提出的用户侧储能配置方法能够有效抑制冲击负载引起的电压暂降和电压越限,同时具有较好的经济性。 With the increasing number of shock loads such as high-power motors in industrial parks,shock loads cause power quality degradation in distribution networks when they are connected and withdrawn,and energy storage is an effective method to solve the voltage quality problem.Aiming at the distribution network voltage quality problem caused by shock loads,a distributed energy storage allocation method is proposed to suppress the impact of shock loads.Firstly,the impact of shock loads on distribution network voltage quality is analyzed,and the boundary conditions for energy storage capacity and maximum power settings are obtained based on the analysis of the compensation mechanism of energy storage on voltage.Secondly,a two-layer planning model for user-side energy storage configuration is established based on the boundary conditions for energy storage capacity and power.The upper layer model optimizes the capacity and power of energy storage with the objective of minimizing the annual cost,and the lower layer model optimizes the scheduling of energy storage with the objective of minimizing the operating cost of the distribution network.Finally,the industrial park distribution network system is built to simulate and test the proposed user-side energy storage allocation method.Simulation results show that the proposed user-side energy storage allocation method can effectively suppress the power transient drop and voltage overrun caused by shock loads,and at the same time,it has better economy.
