社会经济因素与民族政策获得感:基于云南和宁夏的实证研究

Socioeconomic Factors and the Sense of Gain from Ethnic Policies:An Empirical Study Based on Yunnan and Ningxia

不断增强人民的获得感对于促进民族团结进步至关重要。基于最新的民族地区抽样调查数据,该研究对少数民族群体对民族政策的获得感进行了实证考察。通过验证性因子分析,文章将民族政策获得感划分为个体性政策获得感和群体性政策获得感,并借助MIMIC模型分析不同社会群体在这两种获得感上的差异。研究结果显示,收入水平和受教育水平较高的群体及拥有广泛社会关系的群体获得感相对较高。研究结果还表明,不同社会群体在个体性政策获得感上的差异较大,而在群体性政策获得感上的差异相对较小。文章建议,应不断提升更广泛社会群体的获得感水平,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识奠定坚实的社会心理基础。

Increasing people's sense of gain is crucial for promoting ethnic unity and progress.Based on the latest sample survey data from ethnic regions,this study empirically examines the sense of gain from ethnic policies among minority groups.Through confirmatory factor analysis,this paper divides the sense of gain from ethnic policies into the send of gain from individual policies and the send of gain from group policies.Using the MIMIC model,the study analyzes the differences in these two types of gain among different social groups.The results show that groups with higher income and education levels,and those with extensive social relationships have a higher sense of gain from ethnic policies.The study also reveals that the differences in the sense of gain from individual policies among different social groups are greater than those in the sense of gain from group policies.The paper suggests that efforts should be made to continuously enhance the sense of gain among more extensive social groups to lay a social and psychological foundation for forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
