摘要
2021年中央民族工作会议提出“要构建铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育常态化机制,纳入干部教育、党员教育、国民教育体系,搞好社会宣传教育”。这一重要部署为铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育工作提供了根本遵循。在理论层面,“四个纳入”为构建铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育体系提供了科学指南,有利于保障铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育的效果性和价值性。在实践层面,“四个纳入”为构建铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育体系提供了行动方案,有助于实现铸牢中华民族共同体意识宣传教育的常态化和全覆盖。概而言之,在构建铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育常态化机制过程中,要充分认识到这一政策部署的重要性、必要性和方向性,以此打牢中华民族共同体建设的思想基础。
In 2021,the construction of a routine education mechanism for raising public awareness in forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese Nation has been proposed on the central conference on ethinc affairs.The mechanism must be integrated into the education systems for cadres,party members,and the national populace,as well as enhancing public awareness.This significant deployment serves as the fundamental guideline for the educational efforts to strengthen the sense of community for the Chinese Nation.Theoretically,the"four integrations"provides a scientific guide for constructing publicizing education system in forging the strong sense of community for the Chinese Nation,which is conducive to ensuring the effectiveness and value of publicizing and education.Practically,the"four integrations offers an action plan for constructing a publicizing and education system in forging the strong sense of community for the Chinese Nation,which is beneficial to the realization of the routine and comprehensive coverage of publicizing and education.In summary,it is crucial for us to be fully aware of the importance,necessity,and directionality of this policy during the process of establishing a routine education mechanism in forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese Nation,thereby,we can lay a solid ideological foundation for forging the strong sense of community for the Chinese Nation.
