乙二胺和乙二硫醇经水热法制备高效钴基氧析出催化剂

Preparation of Efficient Cobalt Based Oxygen Precipitation Catalysts with Ethylene Diamine and Ethylene Dithiol by Hydrothermal Method

摘要 随着氢能相关技术的发展,电解水工业受到越来越多的关注,因此对析氧反应(OER)电催化剂的研究需求极为迫切。本文采用溶剂法和水热法制备了高性能的钴基氧析出电催化剂CoS/CC,探究了制备条件对OER催化活性的影响。采用SEM和XRD等表征手段对催化剂进行了表征。用体积比为V乙二胺∶V乙二硫醇=4∶1的混合溶剂溶解适量的Co_(3)O_(4),再采用水热法,将催化剂生长在碳布上,可以提高催化剂的催化活性和稳定性。实验结果表明,CoS/CC具有较高的OER催化活性和稳定性。 Due to the sustainable development of hydrogen energy,the electrolytic water industry was attracted more and more attention,so the research demand for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)electrocatalysts was extremely urgent.The high-performance cobalt-based oxygen precipitation electrocatalyst Co_(3)O_(4)/CC was prepared by novel and simple solvent and hydrothermal methods.The effects of the preparation conditions on the catalytic activity of the OER were investigated.The catalysts were characterized by SEM and XRD.The right amount of Co_(3)O_(4) was dissolved with the mixed solvent which the volume ratio of vethylenediamine:vethylene thiol was 4:1.The catalyst Co_(3)O_(4)/CC which carried Co_(3)O_(4) on carbon cloth had high OER catalytic activity and stability.
