二氧化硅消光剂的制备研究

摘要 本文以硅酸钠、硫酸、氢氧化镁、磷酸铵等为原料,制备了二氧化硅消光剂。红外光谱、电镜扫描、X射线衍射图谱等分析结果表明,制备的产品为无定形二氧化硅,产品的颗粒分散均匀,粒径约为25~35nm。考察了反应温度、反应时间、磷酸铵的添加量等工艺条件对产品消光率的影响。测试结果表明,反应温度为65℃,加料时间为30min,保温时间为40min,磷酸铵的添加量为2.0%时,产品的60°光泽度达到最小值,约为15%,产品具有良好的消光性。 Applied sodium silicate,sulfuric acid,magnesium hydroxide and ammonium phosphate as materials,the silica extinction agents was prepared.The results of infrared spectroscopy,electron microscopy scanning and X-ray diffraction pattern analysis showed that the prepared product was amorphous silica,with uniformly dispersed particles and a particle size of about 25~35nm.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and the amount of ammonium phosphate on the extinction rate of the product were investigated.The test results showed that when the reaction temperature was 65℃,the feeding time was 30 minutes,the insulation time was 40 minutes,the amount of ammonium phosphate was 2.0%,the minimum glossiness of the product at 60°was about 15%.The product had good extinction performance.
