数字技术赋能乡村生态产业:正值效应、现实梗阻及推进策略

Digital Technology Enabling Rural Eco-Industries:Positive Effects,Realistic Obstacles and Promotion Strategies

积极发展乡村生态产业能够有效兼顾乡村产业发展和生态环境保护。数字技术正不断释放赋能潜力,为乡村生态产业发展带来新的生机。从数字技术支撑引领乡村产业生态化、生态产业化以及生态产业融合化三个角度分析数字技术赋能乡村生态产业的正值效应,发现乡村生态产业数字化过程中存在着基建迟滞、资金不足、人才短缺以及技术匮乏等现实梗阻,阻碍了乡村生态产业的发展。通过加强数字基础设施建设、加大资金支持、强化高质量人才供给以及推进数字技术支撑等方式,可以畅通数字技术赋能乡村生态产业的发展进路,进而助力乡村全面振兴行稳致远。

The active development of rural ecological industry can effectively take into account the development of rural industry and the protection of the ecological environment.Digital technology is constantly unleashing the potential of empowerment and bringing new vitality to the development of rural ecological industries.This paper analyzes the positive effect of digital technology empowering rural ecological industry from three perspectives:digital technology support and leading rural industry ecology,ecological industrialization and ecological industry integration.However,in the process of digitalization of the rural ecological industry,there are practical obstacles such as the sluggish infrastructure,the insufficient funds,the shortage of talents,and lack of technology,which hinder the development of the rural ecological industry.To this end,by strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure,increasing financial support,strengthening the supply of high-quality talents,and promoting digital technology support,we will smooth the development path of digital technology to empower the rural ecological industry,and then help the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas to be stable and far-reaching.
