聚三亚甲级碳酸酯增韧聚乳酸的研究

摘要 为了提高左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)的韧性,通过溶液共沉淀法制备了不同质量比(100/0、95/5、90/10、85/15和80/20)的PLLA/PTMC二元复合材料。并以二者的无规共聚物(PLT)为增容剂,向PLLA/PTMC 90/10复合物中分别添加质量分数为1%、3%和5%的PLT,对该复合材料的热力学性质、内部结构和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:PLT的加入可以提高PLLA和PTMC的相容性,与PLLA相比,复合材料的韧性明显提高。 To toughen poly(L-lactide)(PLLA),PLLA/PTMC 100/0,95/5,90/10,85/15,80/20(w/w)blends were prepared by solution coprecipitation.And PLLA/PTMC 90/10 blends with 1%,3%and 5%(mass fraction)poly(L-lactide-co-trimethylene carbonate)(PLT)as compatibilizer were also prepared by solution coprecipitation.The thermal,morphological,and mechanical of the composite samples were studied in detail.The results indicated that the addition of PLT can increase the com patibility of PLLA and PTMC,whose toughness was much improved compared with that of the neat PLLA.
