海上工程作业装备领域国际标准分析

摘要 为了将我国海上工程作业装备领域优势自主技术转化为国际标准,提升我国海上工程作业装备国际市场份额,围绕近海及港口打桩等工程作业配套绞车大功率、不连续作业工况及港口油船护航倒拖作业安全要求,开展大功率非连续作业机械强度计算、新要求下锚绞机试验、护航装置强度要求及甲板布置等相关技术研究,形成4项国际标准。研究成果可为我国在海上工程作业装备国际市场拓展,以及相关领域技术的并跑迈向领跑奠定产业基础。 In order to transform the advantages of China's independent technology in the field of offshore engineering equipment into international standards,enhance the international market share of China's offshore engineering equipment,and focus on the safety requirements of high-power and discontinuous operation conditions of winches for offshore and port pile driving engineering operations,as well as port oil tanker escort and reverse towing operations,relevant technical research is carried out on high-power discontinuous operation machinery strength calculation,new requirements for anchor winch testing,escort device strength requirements,and deck layout,forming four international standards.The research results can lay an industrial foundation for China to expand its international market for offshore engineering equipment and to lead the way in related fields of technology.
