桂枝茯苓汤在卵巢癌术后患者中的应用效果

Application effect of Guizhi Fuling Decoction in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer

目的 分析桂枝茯苓汤在卵巢癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年12月至2022年11月于菏泽市牡丹人民医院行卵巢癌根治术的101例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)与研究组(51例)。对照组术后接受常规化疗,研究组在对照组的基础上应用桂枝茯苓汤治疗。比较两组癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、T淋巴细胞CD4~+、CD8~+水平、中医症状积分与不良反应。结果 治疗3个周期后,研究组CEA、CA125、CA19-9水平较对照组低,纳差、小腹坠胀刺痛或隐痛、面色晦暗评分较对照组低,CD4~+水平较对照组高,CD8~+水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);两组肝肾功能损伤发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桂枝茯苓汤能够降低卵巢癌术后患者的肿瘤标志物水平,改善临床症状,提高免疫力,缓解不良反应,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Guizhi Fuling Decoction in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 101 patients who underwent radical operation for ovarian cancer in Mudan People’s Hospital in Heze City from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(51 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional chemotherapy after operation,and the study group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Decoction on the basis of the control group.The levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),T lymphocyte CD4+,CD8+,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 cycles of treatment,the levels of CEA,CA125,and CA19-9 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of poor appetite,lower abdominal bulge,tingling pain or dull pain,and dark complexion were lower than those in the control group,CD4+level was higher than that in the control group,CD8+level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reaction in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of liver and kidney function injury between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Decoction can reduce tumor marker levels,improve clinical symptoms,enhance immunity,and alleviate adverse reactions in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer,which has clinical application value.
