摘要
文章从轨道车辆用密接式车钩谱系化的角度,系统地阐述了连杆式车钩、柱销式车钩以及新型式车钩的结构组成、连挂原理等技术特征,介绍了4种典型车钩的连挂范围,结合强度仿真分析和台架试验,确定车钩屈服强度,并对主流的密接式车钩从车钩强度、质量、连挂范围以及接口等角度进行对比和分析,为研发人员使用和选择密接式车钩提供技术支撑和建议。
This article systematically describes the technical characteristics,such as the structural composition and the coupling principle of connecting rod-type couplers,pin-type couplers and new-type couplers from the angle of pedigree of tight-lock couplers for rail vehicles.It introduces the coupling range of 4 typical couplers,determines the yield strength of couplers by combining the strength simulation analysis and the bench tests and makes comparisons and analyses of the mainstream tight-lock couplers in terms of strength,weight,coupling range and interface,providing R&D personnel with technical support and suggestions for using and choosing tight-lock couplers.
