摘要
为乘客提供满意的乘车体验和便捷条件是乘客选择轨道交通的重要因素。随着市域(郊)铁路与城市轨道交通在“四网融合”背景下的不断融合,越来越多的铁路与地铁站点进行衔接。以北京北火车站停运期间轨道交通昌平站与昌平北火车站接驳转乘客流为例,通过对铁路—地铁站点转乘客流的服务需求的调研,发现在车站通过能力、乘客乘车规划能力、服务需求供给等方面存在问题。应用MaaS(出行即服务)策略,在服务需求分析的基础上,通过使用智能导航规划软件、出行服务卡、早开车站大门等举措可以有效提升现场服务效率和乘客满意度。同时,市域(郊)铁路与地铁线路接驳车站为提高共同应对客流冲击的能力,需要建立信息共享机制,做好客运组织安排,构建“四网融合”背景下的市域(郊)铁路与地铁客流衔接服务。
Providing passengers with a satisfactory riding experience and convenient conditions is an important factor in encouraging passengers to choose rail transit.With the continuous integration of urban(suburban)railway and urban rail transit under the background of“Integration of Four Networks,”more and more railway stations and metro stations are connected.Taking the passenger flow transferred between Metro Changping Station and Changping North Railway Station during the breakdown of Beijing North Railway Station,for example and based on the investigation on the service needs of passenger flows transferred between railway and metro stations,it turns out that some problems exist in the aspects of passage capability of stations,passenger riding planning capability,service demand and supply,et al.Application of the MaaS(Mobility as a Service)strategy and,based on the service demand analysis,some measures such as employing intelligent navigation planning software,travel service cards,and early opening of station gates can effectively enhance the on-site service effectiveness and passenger contentment.Meanwhile,to improve the capability of jointly dealing with the impact of passenger flow,the urban(suburban)railway and metro connection stations need to establish an information sharing mechanism,implement passenger transport organization measures,and realize the passenger flow connection service between urban(suburban)railway and metro under the background of“Integration of Four Networks”.
