摘要
针对多重不确定因素影响下再制造企业如何高效合理进行再制造生产调度决策问题,提出了一种云制造模式下包含回收产品质量、再制造时间、再制造成本以及再制造处理方法等多种不确定因素的再制造生产调度模型。首先,对回收产品通过模糊层次聚类分析法进行质量等级划分;然后,根据划分结果采用不同的再制造处理方法;最后,通过NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解模型得到再制造生产调度方案。通过实验验证了该模型的可行性,并对比了进行质量划分与否对再制造生产过程中再制造时间和成本不确定的影响,结果表明进行质量等级划分能够有效减少再制造生产调度过程中再制造时间和加工成本不确定的影响。
Aiming at the problem of how to efficiently and reasonably carry out remanufacturing production scheduling decision-making for remanufacturing enterprises under the influence of multiple uncertain factors,a remanufacturing production scheduling model including various uncertain factors such as recycling product quality,remanufacturing time,remanufacturing cost and remanufacturing processing method under cloud manufacturing mode is proposed.Firstly,the quality grade of recycled products is divided by fuzzy hierarchical clustering analysis method,and then different remanufacturing processing methods are adopted according to the division results.Finally,the remanufacturing production scheduling scheme is obtained by solving the model by NSGA-II algorithm.The feasibility of the model is verified by experiments,and the influence of quality classification on remanufacturing time and cost uncertainty in remanufacturing production process is compared.The results show that quality classification can effectively reduce the influence of remanufacturing time and processing cost uncertainty in remanufacturing production scheduling process.
