两种盐度调控方式对凡纳滨对虾苗种繁育的影响

摘要 为研究凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)苗种繁育过程中盐度调控对苗种生长发育的影响,进行了对照试验,设置育苗过程中保持盐度不变作为对照组,育苗过程中对养殖水体不断淡化作为试验组,开展不同盐度调控对凡纳滨对虾仔虾的出成率、体长变异系数、体成分的影响研究。结果显示,试验组的仔虾出成率及全长均高于对照组,体长变异系数低于对照组。对照组的粗蛋白与灰分含量均显著高于试验组(P<0.05),但是水分含量却显著低于试验组(P<0.05),粗脂肪含量两组之间无显著差异(P>0.05),研究表明,育苗过程中通过不断淡化的方式可以提高仔虾的出成率,降低体长变异系数,提高苗种的整齐度。 To study the effect of salinity regulation on the breeding process of Litopenaeus vannamei fry,a control group with constant salinity during the breeding process and an experimental group with continuously diluted aquaculture water during the breeding process were set up.The effects of different salinity regulation on the survival rate,coefficient of variation in body length,and body composition of Litopenaeus vannamei fry were compared.The results showed that the hatching rate and total length of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the coefficient of variation of body length was lower than that of the control group.The crude protein and ash content of the control group were significantly higher than those of the experimental group(P<0.05),but the water content was significantly lower than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in crude fat content between the two groups(P>0.05).Research has shown that continuous dilution during the seedling cultivation process can improve the yield of juvenile shrimp,reduce the coefficient of variation in body length,and improve the uniformity of the seedlings.
