摘要
为了明确粗骨料空隙率对低砂率高性能混凝土工作性能的影响,本文通过选择不同空隙率的粗骨料,研究其对高性能混凝土(HPC)工作性能的影响。结果表明:混凝土的坍落度和扩展度随着砂率的降低而下降,使用空隙率为40.7%的粗骨料比使用空隙率为45.8%的粗骨料制备的低砂率混凝土的坍落度和扩展度有明显提高,说明粗骨料空隙率较低时,混凝土的工作性能显著提高,为研究高石低砂混凝土技术及相关工程应用提供了参考。
In order to clarify the effect of the porosity of coarse aggregate on the working performance of highperformance concrete with low-sand rate,this paper studies the effect of the porosity of coarse aggregate on the working performance of concrete by changing the porosity.The results show that the slump and expansion of concrete decreased with the decrease of sand rate,and the slump and expansion of concrete prepared with coarse aggregate with a porosity of 40.7%are significantly higher than those prepared by coarse aggregate with a porosity of 45.8%.This illustrates that when the porosity of coarse aggregate is low,the working performance of concrete is significantly improved,which provides a reference for the study of high stone low sand concrete technology and related engineering applications.
