摘要
针对平凉地区优质粉煤灰矿物掺合料短缺、机制砂石粉暂无法实现有效利用的问题,本文利用石灰石粉替代粉煤灰,并与矿粉、降粘剂等复合制备混凝土,研究石灰石粉粒径、石灰石粉掺量、复合掺合料等对不同强度等级机制砂混凝土性能的影响,为当地机制砂石灰石粉利用及混凝土工程施工提供参考。结果表明:在工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能方面,石灰石粉-矿粉-降粘剂三元复合掺合料体系混凝土接近或优于单掺粉煤灰的混凝土,使用石灰石粉替代粉煤灰是切实可行的。
In response to the shortage of high-quality fly ash mineral admixtures in the Pingliang area and the temporary inability to effectively utilize mechanism sand and stone powder,this article uses limestone powder to replace fly ash and composite it with mineral powder and viscosity reducing agents to prepare concrete.The study investigates the effects of stone powder particle size,stone powder content,and composite admixtures on the performance of different strength grades of mechanism sand concrete,providing reference for the local mechanism sand and stone powder utilization and concrete engineering construction.The results show that in terms of workability,mechanical properties,and durability,the ternary composite admixture system of limestone powder,mineral powder,and viscosity reducer is close to or better than the concrete with single fly ash.It is feasible to use limestone powder instead of fly ash.
