摘要
超高性能混凝土(UHPC)因其高强、高韧、高耐久等独特性能优势在彩色装饰混凝土领域的应用日益增长,然而作为一种新型特种混凝土材料,颜料对彩色UHPC性能的影响规律还有待进一步研究。本文系统研究了3种氧化铁颜料及其掺量变化对UHPC工作性能、力学性能的影响,结果表明:不同颜料均会一定程度降低UHPC的工作性能;随着氧化铁红、氧化铁黄颜料的掺加,UHPC的抗折、抗压强度呈先增加后减小的趋势,但掺加氧化铁黄不利于UHPC抗拉强度的发展,在相同掺量下氧化铁红对UHPC的抗折、抗压及抗拉强度改善效果更加显著;UHPC的抗折、抗压和抗拉强度随着氧化铁绿掺量的提升持续下降;综合分析UHPC的工作性能及力学性能,3种氧化铁颜料的掺量为0%~1%时较为适宜。
Ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)is increasingly used in the field of colored decorative concrete because of its unique performance advantages such as high strength,high toughness and high durability.However,as a new special concrete material,the effect of pigment on the performance of colored UHPC remains to be further studied.In this paper,three kinds of iron oxide pigments were added to prepare color UHPC,and the effects of different pigments and their content on the working properties,mechanical properties and tensile properties of UHPC were systematically studied.The results show that the performance of UHPC can be reduced by different pigments to some extent.With the addition of iron oxide red and iron oxide yellow pigment,the compressive and flexural strength of UHPC initially increased and then decreased,but the addition of iron oxide yellow was not conducive to the development of tensile properties of UHPC,and the improvement effect of iron oxide red on mechanical properties and tensile properties of UHPC was more significant under the same dosage.The mechanical properties and tensile properties of UHPC decreased with the addition of iron oxide green.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the working and mechanical properties of UHPC,the appropriate dosage range for three types of iron oxide pigments is 0%to 1%.
