北京市建材信息化管理“天眼”系统建设思考

建筑材料信息化管理是建筑数字化转型的关键,通过搭建信息化平台,依托统一编码体系,将建材采购、存储、使用等全流程要素进行信息化整合,形成建材信息化管理的“天眼”系统,能够促进市场透明与智慧监管,提升管理效率与质量。本文对北京市建设“天眼”系统的关键要素进行分析,针对采购与供应信息不匹配、虚假质量证明文件等问题,提出完善管理平台、强化质量监管、推动部门互联互通的措施;通过数据共享,提升行业透明度,促进资源优化配置与产业链协同创新,为政府决策提供科学依据。此外,应重视数据安全管理,确保数据开放共享中的信息安全与隐私保护,实现建材信息化管理社会效益与经济效益的双赢。

Building materials information management is the key to building digital transformation,through the construction of an information platform,relying on a unified coding system,the building materials procurement,storage,use,and other process elements of information integration,the formation of building materials information management of"Sky Eye"system,can promote market transparency and intelligent supervision,improve management efficiency and quality.This paper analyzes the key elements of Beijing's"Sky Eye"system construction.It proposes measures to improve the management platform,strengthen quality supervision,and promote departmental interconnection given the problems of mismatching procurement and supply information and false quality certificates.Through data sharing,it can enhance industry transparency,promote optimal allocation of resources and collaborative innovation of the industrial chain,and provide a scientific basis for government decision-making.In addition,it is necessary to pay attention to data security management,ensure information security and privacy protection in data open sharing,and realize the win-win social and economic value of building materials information management.
