皮肤光老化与热老化的研究进展

摘要 介绍了皮肤的老化机理,重点综述了紫外线和热对皮肤蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶、脱氧核糖核酸、炎症因子和皮肤伤口愈合的影响,进而造成的皮肤光老化与热老化。讨论了不同预防手段包括减少皮肤暴露、使用防晒产品、使用抗氧化剂对皮肤光热老化的延缓效果,同时比较了现有治疗手段包括化学剥脱治疗和激光治疗对光热老化后皮肤的改善效果及可能的副作用。结果表明,预防手段与治疗手段进行结合对光热老化后皮肤的改善效果更佳,最后提出了皮肤光热老化后的预防和治疗的应用前景。 The mechanism of skin aging was introduced,the effects of ultraviolet light and heat on skin proteins,matrix metalloproteinases,deoxyribonucleic acid,inflammatory factors and skin wound healing,and the results of skin photoaging and thermal aging were reviewed.The effects of different preventive measures including reducing skin exposure,using sunscreen products,antioxidants in order to prevent the skin photoaging and thermal aging were discussed,the treatment and possible side effects,including chemical peels and laser treatments on the skin after skin photoaging and thermal aging were compared.The results showed that the combination of prevention and treatment would have a better effect on the improvement of skin photoaging and thermal aging,finally put forward the application prospect of prevention and treatment of skin after photoaging and thermal aging.
