In 2023,the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists,The SAG-AFTRA strike has affected the ecosystem of the Hollywood film and television industry. The reason for this is that the Screen Actors Guild(SAG)has represented the actors against the major studios since its inception. In the early stage, the Actors Guild experienced several stages of“self-revolution”“game and development”and“rule-making”,which led to the formation of vertical integrated marketing in Hollywood. The Screen Actors Guild tried to seize power, and most conservative studios chose to accept the guild's rights demands. This phased phenomenon reflects the status of the Actors Guild as an“outsider”in the Hollywood industrial chain.
