内分泌临床实习中 MDT 联合 PBL 模式的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨MDT联合PBL模式在内分泌科临床实习中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年7月至2023年7月包头医学院第二附属医院内分泌科的78名实习生作为研究对象。采用随机数字法将实习生分为两组:对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统的教学方法进行临床实习,而实验组则采用MDT(多学科团队协作)联合PBL(以问题为基础的学习)模式进行授课。实习结束后,通过理论考试和问卷调查的方式,对两组实习生的教学效果进行对比分析。结果:实验组在理论测试成绩上明显优于对照组,显示出MDT联合PBL教学模式在知识掌握方面的优势。同时,问卷调查结果显示,实验组的学生满意度也显著高于对照组,表明这种教学模式更受学生欢迎。两组数据差异明显,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MDT联合PBL的教学模式在内分泌科临床实习中的应用效果显著,相较于传统教学方式,它更能提高实习生的学习效果和综合素质。通过这种模式,实习生能够更好地掌握内分泌科的临床知识和技能,培养自主学习意识和提高学习效率。 Objective:Application value of MDT combined with PBL model in clinical practice of endocrinology department.Methods:78 interns from Endocrinology Department of our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected.Grouping was done by random number method.The conventional group adopted traditional education.The results of exit examination and questionnaire survey were compared between the two groups.By means of theoretical examination and questionnaire survey,the teaching effect of clinical endocrinology practice was comparatively analyzed.Results:The theoretical test scores and student satisfaction survey of MDT combined with PBL teaching group were significantly higher than those of traditional teaching group(P<0.05).MDT combined with PBL teaching method can improve students'interest in learning,learning efficiency,clinical thinking,teamwork consciousness,clinical analysis and practical problem-solving ability and unity and cooperation ability.The scores of comprehensive theory test in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MDT combined with PBL teaching in endocrinology department clinical teaching application teaching effect is remarkable,education mode is more suitable for clinical interns,conducive to improving teaching effect and students'comprehensive quality.
