超声下真空辅助微创旋切用于乳腺良性肿瘤的效果

摘要 目的:分析超声下真空辅助微创旋切(VABB)用于乳腺良性肿瘤的效果。方法:选取2020年8月至2023年1月驻马店市中医院乳甲外科乳腺良性肿瘤患者86例,随机分为开放术组(n=43)和VABB组(n=43)。开放术组采用开放术式,VABB组采用VABB术式,比较两组效果。结果:与开放术组比较,VABB组切口长度短、术中操作时长短、住院天数短,出血量少,术后视觉模拟评分(VAS)低,乳腺外观美容各维度评分高(P<0.05);VABB组5-羟色胺(5-HT)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、神经肽Y(NPY)与开放术组对比无显著差异(P>0.05);VABB组并发症2例(4.65%)较开放术组9例(20.93%)低(P<0.05)。结论:VABB治疗乳腺良性肿瘤可减轻创伤,提高治疗安全性。 Objective:To analyze the effect of vacuum-assisted minimally invasive rotation(VABB)under ultrasound for benign breast tumors.Methods:A total of 86 patients with benign breast tumors in the conchotomy department of Zhumadian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from August 2020 to January 2023 and randomly divided into open surgery group(n=43)and VABB group(n=43).The open operation method was used in the open operation group,and the VABB group was used in the VABB group.Results:Compared with the open surgery group,the VABB group had shorter incision length,shorter intraoperative operation time,shorter hospitalization days,less blood loss,lower postoperative visual analogue score(VAS),and higher breast cosmetic scores(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and neuropeptide Y(NPY)between VABB group and open surgery group(P>0.05).Complications were lower in the VABB group 2 cases(4.65%)than in the open group 9 cases(20.93%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:VABB in the treatment of benign breast tumors can reduce trauma and improve treatment safety.
