基于数据挖掘研究傣医抗肿瘤药物的用药规律

Research on Medication Rules of Antineoplastic Drugs of Dai Medicine Based on Data Mining

目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析傣医抗肿瘤用药经验,全面整理傣医抗肿瘤用药规律。方法:通过收集文献资料、走访调研的方式收集傣医抗肿瘤单验方408个,录入中医传承计算平台软件构建数据库,采用软件集成的关联规则Apriori算法进行数据挖掘。结果:傣医抗肿瘤单验方共涉及傣药279种,其中植物药267种、动物药11种、矿物药1种,高频核心组合药物多具有调补四塔、清热解毒、消肿散结、活血止痛的功效。傣医抗肿瘤药物可减轻症状,缓解不良反应。系统挖掘整理傣医防治肿瘤的单验方,将为肿瘤的防治提供新的视角。

Objective To analyze the experience of anti-tumor medication in Dai medicine by using data mining,and to sort out the rules of anti-tumor medication in Dai medicine.Methods 408 single anti-tumor prescriptions of Dai medicine were collected by collecting literature,visiting and investigating,and were input into the database of TCMICS(Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System),and the Apriori of association rule algorithm by software integration environment was used for data mining.Results There were 279 kinds of Dai medicine involved in the single anti-tumor prescription,including 267 kinds of phytomedicine,11 kinds of animal medicine and 1 kind of mineral medicine,and the medication by high-frequency core combination mostly had the effects of regulating and tonifying the Sita(Sita:A traditional concept of Dai medicine),clearing heat and detoxifying,detumescence and resolving nodules,and promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.Dai medicine anti-tumor treatment can alleviate symptoms and alleviate adverse reactions.It will provide a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of tumors by systematically excavating and sorting out the single prescription for preventing and treating of Dai medicine.
