有功功率的配电网单相高阻接地保护方法

摘要 常规的配电网单相高阻接地保护大部分不会展开适应性测定,为此,文章提出对考虑有功功率的配电网单相高阻接地保护方法的设计分析。首先进行高阻接地保护特征量构造及整定原则设置,结合有功功率背景,展开配电网高阻接地保护适应性测定,确保保护处理结果的稳定,然后以此为基础,采用极性校验的方式来完成接地保护处理。测试结果表明,针对选定的4条馈线,分别在120Ω、155Ω和180Ω3个环境下,测定出配电网单相高阻接地保护最终的耐高阻能力均可以达到255.5Ω以上,说明此次设计的接地保护机制更加稳定、高效,针对效果更佳,保护效果显著提升。 For most of conventional single-phase high-impedance grounding protection of power distribution network,adaptability assay will not be performed.Therefore,this paper proposes the design and analysis of single-phase highimpedance grounding protection method for power distribution network with active power.Firstly,the characteristic quantity conformation and setting principle setup of high-impedance grounding protection are carried out,and the adaptability assay of high-impedance grounding protection of power distribution network is carried out in the context of active power to ensure the stability of protection processing results.The grounding protection processing is hereby completed by polarity checking.The test results show that,for the selected four feeders,the final high-impedance resistance capacity of single-phase highresistance grounding protection of power distribution network can reach over 255.5Ωunder three environments:120Ω,155Ωand 180Ω,respectively,indicating that the designed grounding protection mechanism is more stable and efficient,with better targeted effect and significantly improved protection effect.
