融入生物信息学理念的妇产科教学实践及思考

摘要 大数据时代的生物信息学与妇产科学交叉融合,影响着妇产科教学,要求学生具备一定的生物分析技能。本文融入生物信息学理念,采用线上和线下相结合的翻转课堂模式,以学生为中心,教师为主导,整合生物信息学和妇产科学知识进行一体化教学。本教学模式能调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,提高学生自主学习能力和科研创新能力,适合培养复合型高端医学人才。 The cross-integration of bioinformatics and obstetrics and gynecology in the era of big data affects the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,and requires students to have certain bioanalysis skills.This paper integrates the concept of bioinformatics,adopts a flipped classroom model that combines online and offline,which takes students as the center and teachers as the orientation,and integrates bioinformatics and obstetrics and gynecology knowledge for integrated teaching.This teaching mode can mobilize students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning,improve students'independent learning ability and scientific research and innovation ability,and is suitable for cultivating compound high-end medical talents.
