摘要
路翎的文学史定位是长篇小说的艺术大师,并以其容纳了浪漫主义与现代主义的现实主义,弘扬了鲁迅的文学传统;从世界文学的角度看,他既非中国的左拉亦非中国的罗曼·罗兰,而是中国的“未完成的陀思妥耶夫斯基”。他的代表作并非中篇小说《饥饿的郭素娥》,而是长篇小说《财主底儿女们》与《燃烧的荒地》。这两部长篇小说通过史诗性的画卷、对人物心灵的深刻洞察以及象征隐喻的艺术技巧,能够支撑起路翎作为“长篇小说艺术大师”的文学定位。值得注意的是,《财主底儿女们》的象征隐喻技巧没有得到充分的阐发,《燃烧的荒地》则是被忽视了的长篇小说杰作,而郭子龙作为中国现代小说的人物画廊中最复杂的人物,更是没有受到足够的重视。
Lu Ling’s position in literary history is that of an artistic master of long novels,and because his works contain romanticism and modernist realism,he promotes Lu Xun’s literary tradition.From the perspective of world literature,he is neither Chinese Zola nor Chinese Romain Rolland,but Chinese“unfinished Dostoevsky”.His representative works are not the novella Hungry Guo Su’e,but the novels The Children of the Rich and The Burning Wasteland.These two novels can support Lu Ling’s literary position as a“master of the novel”through epic paintings,deep insights into the characters’hearts,and the artistic skills of symbolism and phor.meta-It is worth noting that the symbolism and metaphor skills in The Children of the Rich have not been fully developed,and The Burning Wasteland is a neglected masterpiece of the novel,and Guo Zilong,as the most complex character in the gallery of characters in modern Chinese novels,has not received enough attention.
