儿科护士工作嵌入现状及影响因素分析

摘要 目的:调查儿科护士工作嵌入现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2023年1月—3月湖北省武汉市某三级甲等妇幼保健院的212名儿科护士作为研究对象。使用一般资料调查表、智谋量表、工作嵌入量表、工作-家庭增益问卷对其进行调查。结果:儿科护士工作嵌入量表条目均分为(3.39±0.70)分;儿科护士工作-家庭增益、智谋水平与工作嵌入呈两两正相关(r=0.751,r=0.666,均P<0.001);多元线性回归分析结果显示有无外出学习机会、睡眠情况、智谋水平、工作家庭增益是儿科护士工作嵌入的影响因素。结论:儿科护士工作嵌入处于中等水平,护理管理者应当关注护士的工作家庭增益,提高其智谋水平,进而提高儿科护士工作嵌入程度。
