摘要
通过结合ANSYS有限元仿真分析软件,对分体内机开启四面扫风模式时扫风叶片出现连续抖动和拍打异响问题进行系统性分析,并对失效现象进行原因分析及输出整改方案,并对整改方案进行相关模拟验证。研究结果表明,适当减小底壳与插销配合间隙、导风板与插销配合间隙、导风板料厚和截面调整,能消除导风板在扫风模式、定格模式下运行的抖动问题和拍打异响问题。
This article conducts a systematic analysis of the continuous shaking and abnormal sound of the sweeping blades when the split body machine is turned on in the four sided sweeping mode by combining ANSYS finite element simulation analysis software.The failure phenomenon is analyzed and the rectification plan is output,and the relevant simulation verification of the rectification plan is carried out.The research results indicate that appropriately reducing the fit gap between the bottom shell and the plug,the fit gap between the air guide plate and the plug,and adjusting the material thickness and cross-section of the air guide plate can eliminate the vibration and abnormal tapping problems of the air guide plate during operation in the sweeping mode and the freezing mode.
