空调制冷季节运行性能的优化研究

摘要 为实现空调在制冷季节具有更佳的运行性能,以某空调的实验数据为研究基础,分析了制冷季各工况下,功率、制冷量以及能效比(EER)对季节能效比(SEER)的影响情况,得到各工况下空调调试的优化方向。并利用理论分析结果指导后续实验调试,使空调SEER提高18.3%。结果表明,额定制冷、中间制冷、低温中间制冷和低温25%制冷工况下,SEER随制冷量、EER的增大而增大,随功率的增大而降低;25%制冷、低温额定制冷工况下,SEER随制冷量、EER的增大而减小,随功率的增大而增大。 In order to achieve better operational performance of air conditioners during the cooling season,the influence of power,cooling capacity,and energy efficiency ratio(EER)on seasonalenergy efficiency ratio(SEER)was analyzed for each operating condition during the cooling season.It is based on experimental data from an air conditioning.The optimization direction of air conditioning commissioning for each operating condition can be obtained.The results of the theoretical analysis were also used to guide the subsequent experimental commissioning,resulting in an 18.3%increase in air conditioning SEER.The results show that the SEER increases with the increase of cooling capacity,EER and decreases with the increase of power for rated cooling,intermediate cooling,low temperature intermediate cooling and low temperature 25%cooling conditions.At 25%refrigeration and low-temperature rated refrigeration operating conditions,SEER decreases with increasing refrigeration capacity and EER,and increases with increasing power.
