This paper focuses on the analysis of construction management innovation in decoration construction.In the current fast-developing construction industry,decoration construction is an important part,and its management innovation plays a vital role in improving the quality and efficiency of the project.This paper analyzes the characteristics of decoration construction,identifies the key challenges in management process,and proposes innovative management strategies in four aspects.These strategies aim to improve construction efficiency and quality through the application of new technologies,optimization of processes,strengthening of human resource management and improvement of quality control,so as to provide reference for decoration construction management practices.
