Brief Discussion on Construction Management Measures and Quality Control of Civil Building Projects

质量是建筑工程的灵魂,是企业发展的形象。当前民用建筑施工管理中依然存在一定的不足,为了提高民用建筑建设质量,本文首先说明施工管理和质量控制的意义,然后分析了影响施工质量的主要因素,最后提出建筑工程施工管理以及质量控制的方法,并针对施工方法落实保障措施提出一些建议,仅供参考。

Quality is the soul of construction engineering and the image of enterprise development.Currently,there are still some shortcomings in the civil building construction management.In order to improve the quality of civil building construction,this paper first explains the significance of construction management and quality control,then analyzes the main factors affecting the construction quality,and finally puts forward the methods of construction project construction management and quality control,and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation and safeguard measures for construction methods,for reference only.
