摘要
北京丰台站改建工程丰台特大桥邻近京广下行线,位于R=500m曲线上,翼缘板模板边缘距离线路回流线最小距离为1.03m,距离接触网立柱最小距离为0.5m,在铁路上方施工,需利用京广正线铁路天窗时间施工,也无法采用吊车拆除,因而侧模拆除成为本工程施工难点。本项目改变传统施工工艺,创新性地使用了现浇箱梁侧模纵移施工工艺,避免了在铁路天窗施工,减小安全风险,为后续类似工程施工提供技术参考和依据。
The Fengtai Super-Bridge of Beijing Fengtai Station Reconstruction Project is adjacent to the Beijing-Guangzhou downlink line,and is located on the R=500m curve.The minimum distance between the edge of the flange plate template and the line return line is 1.03m,and the minimum distance from the catenary mast is 0.5m.For the construction above the railway,it is necessary to use the railway skylight time of the Beijing-Guangzhou main line to perform construction,and the crane demolishing cannot be adopted,so the lateral formwork demolishing has become a difficult point in the construction of this project.This project changes the traditional construction technology,and innovatively uses the cast-in-situ box girder lateral formwork longitudinal slip construction technology,which avoids the railway skylight construction,reduces the safety risk,and provides technical reference and basis for the subsequent construction of similar projects.
