沥青路面3D智能摊铺施工技术研究与分析

Research and Analysis on Asphalt Pavement 3D Intelligent Paving Construction Technology

与传统施工技术进行对比,智能摊铺技术能够达到高精度、智能化以及无桩化的施工效果,保证施工质量,明显降低人为因素的不利影响。本文以某公路工程沥青路面智能摊铺施工为例,围绕3D智能摊铺施工技术原理及3D智能摊铺系统组成进行研究,对智能摊铺施工质量的影响要素展开了具体的探讨,检验了该技术的运用价值,以有效强化沥青路面的建造质量。

Compared with traditional construction technology,intelligent paving technology can achieve the construction effect of high precision,intelligence and pile-free,ensure the construction quality,and significantly reduce the adverse effects of human factors.This paper takes the intelligent paving construction of asphalt pavement of a highway project as an example,investigates the principle of 3D intelligent paving construction technology and the composition of 3D intelligent paving system,discusses the influencing factors of intelligent paving construction quality,and tests the application value of this technology,so as to effectively strengthen the construction quality of asphalt pavement.
