高强螺栓受拉疲劳性能研究

摘要 高强螺栓的疲劳性能对建筑结构稳定性及安全性具有重要的影响,研究高强螺栓的受拉疲劳性能可以为螺栓疲劳性能的分析和应用奠定基础。本文基于对M24高强度螺栓受拉疲劳性能影响因素的分析,同时结合相关的试验,研究了不同情况下的疲劳性能并提出了针对性的改善措施。研究结果表明,通过改进螺纹形式及预应力的作用,可以提升其疲劳性能;在满预拉力和无预拉力的情况下,采用幂指数的模型对应力循环次数与应力幅的变化关系进行回归拟合,具有较高的拟合度。 The fatigue performance of high-strength bolts have an important impact on the stability and safety of building structures,and the study on tensile fatigue performance of high-strength bolts can lay a foundation for the analysis and application of fatigue performance of bolts.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors for tensile fatigue performance of M24 high-strength bolts,combined with the relevant tests,the fatigue performance under different conditions is studied and targeted improvement measures are proposed.The results show that the fatigue performance can be improved by modifying the screw thread form and prestress;In the cases of full pretension and no pretension,the power exponential model is used to perform the regression fitting of the relationship between the number of stress cycles and the change of stress amplitude,which has a high degree of fitting.
