中国式现代化视域下文化赋能乡村振兴的理论逻辑与战略路径

The Theoretical Logic and Strategic Path of Cultural Empowerment of Rural Revitalization from the Perspective of Chinese Path to Modernization

乡村振兴战略是中国式现代化的核心战略支撑,全面推进乡村振兴迫切需要充分发挥文化的赋能功效。文化主要通过目标引领、主体塑造、要素集聚、生态优化、组织治理等方式赋能乡村振兴,与中国式现代化的内在要求完全契合。我国围绕文化赋能乡村振兴已形成了战略共识,并且在实践探索中取得了显著成就,但仍存在诸多突出问题和制约因素。因此,必须从目标引领、动力激发、载体拓展和保障支撑等方面系统探讨文化赋能乡村振兴的战略路径。

The strategy of rural revitalization is the core strategic support of Chinese path to modernization.To comprehensively promote rural revitalization,it is urgent to fully leverage the empowering effects of culture.Culture enables rural revitalization mainly by means of goal guidance,subject shaping,element gathering,ecological optimization,organizational governance,etc.,which is fully consistent with the internal requirements of Chinese path to modernization.China has formed a strategic consensus on cultural empowerment for rural revitalization,and has made significant achievements in practical exploration.However,there are still many outstanding problems and constraints.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically explore the strategic path of cultural empowerment for rural revitalization from the perspectives of goal guidance,motivation stimulation,carrier expansion,and guarantee support.
