多维数字化因素对文化产业发展的影响

The Influence of Multidimensional Digital Factors on the Development of Cultural Industries

随着数字技术的快速发展和产业融合的不断深化,文化产业发展面临巨大的挑战。本文基于TOE理论框架,对26个省级行政区的统计数据进行模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA),探究数字基础设施建设水平、大数据管理能力、科技创新投入及吸收情况、文化产业数字化耦合程度、政策支持水平、数字经济规模等数字化因素的组态效应对文化产业发展水平的影响,并确立了“组织—环境为主+技术辅助”的产业发展路径。结果显示,虽然推动文化产业高质量发展需要“技术—组织—环境”三方面数字化因素联合驱动,文化产业数字化组织建设水平和数字经济规模对文化产业发展在全部前因条件中却具有较大瓶颈效应,同时技术条件在超过阈值后对文化产业发展的影响效应逐渐下降。在此基础上,文化产业应充分考虑自身发展现状,从组织、环境两方面入手,增强各数字化相关因素之间的关联效应,进而更好地发挥数字技术对文化产业的驱动能力,实现文化产业的高质量发展。

With the rapid development of digital technology and the deepening of industrial integration,cultural industries development is facing great challenges.Based on TOE theoretical framework,this paper makes a fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)of the statistical data of 26 provincial administrative regions to explore the influence of configuration effect of digital factors such as the level of digital infrastructure construction,the ability of big data management,the investment and absorption of scientific and technological innovation,the degree of digital coupling of cultural industries,the level of policy support,and the scale of digital economy on the development level of cultural industries,and establishes the industrial development path of“organization-environment-based+technology-assisted”.The result shows that although promoting high-quality development of the cultural industries requires the joint drive of all three digital factors of“technology-organization-environment”,the construction level of cultural industries digital organization and the scale of the digital economy have significant bottleneck effect on the development of cultural industries in all the antecedent conditions.At the same time,the impact of technical conditions on the development of cultural industries gradually decreases as it exceeds the threshold.On this basis,cultural industries should fully consider its own development status,start from the two aspects of organization and environment,and enhance correlation effect between various digital related factors,so as to better play the driving ability of digital technology to cultural industries and realize the high-quality development of cultural industries.
