Poetic Space in the Soft Words of Wu Nong:A Study of the Construction of Local Imagination by Tourists' Imaginary Geography——The Case of Suzhou Pingtan

通过Python爬取关于苏州评弹的新闻报道和用户评论数据,采用Nvivo和UCINET方法对苏州评弹的游客话语、商家话语和官方话语进行分析。基于想象地理视角,深入探讨了旅游场域中游客基于苏州评弹的想象地理视角下“有距离”的凝视和感知是如何影响地方意义的建构。结果表明:在旅游场域中,微观尺度下苏州评弹的想象地理打破了传统想象地理的权力色彩,主导话语具有可变性,中心与边缘的视角常常相互转化、互为主体;游客想象地理下苏州评弹的地方意义建构是一个复杂的社会表征和权力关系问题,游客的想象地理和地方实践的意义建构既相互依赖,又可能形成抵制和挑战;在快速城市化和外来文化的冲击下,苏州评弹形成了内生与外生的多元化意义建构机制,游客的旅游实践与官方和商家的地方实践共同构筑了物质的地方、文化的地方、情感的地方和精神的地方,同时又影响了空间、景观与地方符号的塑造。

The paper uses Python to mine news reports and user comment data on Suzhou Pingtan,and by Nvivo and UCINET methods to analyze the tourist,business,and official words of Suzhou Pingtan.From the imaginative geography perspective,the paper discusses in depth how the tourists'“distant”gaze and perception based on the imaginary geography of Suzhou s assessment of bullets influence the construction of local imagination.The results demonstrate that in the short term,In the tourism field,the imaginary geography of Suzhou Pingtan on a micro scale breaks the power color of traditional imaginary geography,the dominant words has variability,and the perspectives of the center and the edge are often transformed and become the same subject of each other;The construction of the local imagination of Suzhou Pingtan under the imaginary geography of tourists is a complex issue of social representation and power relations.and the imaginative geography of tourists and the construction of imaginations of local practices are both interdependent and may form resistances and challenges at the same time;With the influence of rapid urbanization and foreign culture,Suzhou Pingtan has formed a diversified mechanism of endogenous and exogenous construction of imagination,where tourists' practices and official and businessmen's practices construct material,cultural,emotional and spiritual places together,while at the same time influencing the shaping of spaces,landscapes and local symbols.
