全自动运行线路区间疏散自动防护方案分析

摘要 [目的]城市轨道交通FAO(全自动运行)线路列车上没有值乘人员,区间疏散场景下存在非常大的安全风险,须对FAO线路的区间疏散自动防护方案进行研究。[方法]以FAO线路的区间疏散自动防护应用为背景,分析了区间疏散自动防护的必要性。提出了FAO线路区间疏散自动防护的3个方案,对这3个方案进行了比选分析,推荐采用方案3。进一步研究了方案3的区间疏散自动防护措施。[结果及结论]方案3增加了信号系统和OCC(运营控制中心)调度员的灵活处置措施,使区间疏散防护处置措施更为灵活、更为安全。 [Objective]There are no train crew on the train that runs on the fully automatic operation(FAO)line of urban rail transit,leading to very big safety risks in the evacuation scenario.Therefore,it is necessary to study the automatic protection scheme for section evacuation on FAO lines.[Method]Based on the application of automatic protection in section evacuation on FAO lines(hereinafter referred to as the automatic protection),the necessity of the automatic protection is analyzed.Three schemes for the automatic protection are proposed,and comparison analysis is conducted on the schemes.Scheme 3 is recommended.Further research is done on the automatic protection measures for section evacuation in Scheme 3.[Result&Conclusion]Scheme 3 additionally includes the flexible handling measures for signal system and OCC(operation control center)dispatchers,making the protection handling measures in the section evacuation more flexible and much safer.
