基于模糊故障树的有轨电车电子机械制动系统可靠性分析

摘要 [目的]有轨电车电子机械制动系统的架构不同于有轨电车传统制动系统,需要对其安全性进行分析并对薄弱环节进行针对性改进。[方法]模糊故障树法通过试验数据分析能够得到顶事件发生概率的三角模糊数,进而得到各个底事件的模糊重要度;根据底事件的模糊重要度分析系统的薄弱环节,进而对系统的薄弱环节进行针对性的改进与故障预防。[结果及结论]通过基于模糊故障树的有轨电车电子机械制动系统可靠性的分析,可使系统薄弱环节的安全性得到提升,并有针对性地提出改进措施。这有助于提升电子机械制动系统的安全性和可靠性。 [Objective]The electro-mechanical braking system architecture of tram is different from that of the traditional braking system,so it is necessary to analyze the system safety and make targeted improvement to its weak links.[Method]Using fuzzy fault tree method can obtain the triangular fuzzy number of the top event occurrence probability through analysis of the test data,and then obtain the fuzzy importance of each bottom event.According to the fuzzy importance of the bottom events,the weak links of the system are analyzed and improved to realize the fault prevention.[Result&Conclusion]By analyzing the reliability of the tram electro-mechanical braking system based on fuzzy fault tree,the safety of the system weak links can be improved,and the corresponding improvement measures be put forward,helpful for improving the safety and reliability of the electro-mechanical braking system.
