某工厂室外卸货物流棚设计

摘要 针对某工厂室外卸货物流棚二次扩建不能设置立柱的结构设计问题,通过方案对比,在保证原有结构以及扩建后结构的安全和整体稳定性上提出设计建议,通过多种荷载工况的组合,利用SAP2000对其进行静力及动力分析,比较关键节点的做法和可行性,并进行相关连接节点的设计,保证二次扩建后的卸货物流棚的主要受力构件的强度、变形等均能满足规范要求。 In view of the structural design problem that columns cannot be set up for the secondary expansion of the outdoor unloading shed,through the comparison of schemes,design suggestions are put forward to ensure the safety and overall stability of the original structure and the expanded structure,and through the combination of multiple load conditions,SAP2000 is used to analyze it in terms of static and dynamics,compare the practices and feasibility of key nodes,and design related connection nodes.Ensure that the strength and deformation of the main stressed components of the unloading shed shed after the second expansion can meet the requirements of the specification.The rigidity and flexibilityofthe longitudinal and transverse overall translational and torsional mode shapes show that the calculation results are more consistent with the actual stressstate ofthe structure.
