某机场塔台结构设计

摘要 机场塔台是机场中的航空交通服务设施,立面呈下小上大的形状。为减轻自重提高整体稳定性,结构选型时上部外扩部分采用不同材料,对比自重、刚重比和地震工况下最大位移角等整体指标,轻质钢结构材料更合理。单钢柱多角度钢梁连接节点是设计工程中需重点关注的内容,合理设计可有效减少应力集中的现象并且利于施工,保证工程质量。基础设计工程中采用变刚度设计可充分发挥桩基承载力,使得底部基础受力更均匀、合理。 The airport tower is an air traffic service facility in an airport,in the shape of a small lower part and a large upper part.To reduce deadweight and improve overall stability,select different materials for the upper part.By comparing the overall indicators such as deadweight,stiffness to weight ratio,and maximum displacement angle under seismic conditions,lightweight steel structural materials are more reasonable.The single steel column and multi angle steel beam connection nodes are important aspects that need to be focused on in design engineering.Reasonable design can effectively reduce stress concentration and facilitate construction,ensuring project quality.The principle of variable stiffness design in foundation design engineering can fully utilize the bearing capacity of pile foundations,making the bottom foundation more evenlyand reasonablystressed.
