某城际隧道盾构机脱困技术研究

Study on Escape Technology of an Intercity Tunnel Shield Machine

在当前城际、地铁隧道施工过程中,盾构机被困的情况频发,原因各异。论文以广州地铁某城际线路盾构区间工程为依托,对盾构机被困的原因进行分析,通过更换保径刀、增设千斤顶与辅助注浆润滑等一系列措施,达到了盾构机顺利脱困恢复掘进的目的。

In the current intercity and subway tunnel construction process,the shield tunneling machine trapped frequently,the reasons are different.Based on the shield section project of an intercity line of Guangzhou Metro,this paper analyzes the causes of the trapped shield machine,and achieves the purpose of the smooth escape of the shield machine and the restoration of tunneling through a series of measures such as replacing gauge cutter,adding jacks and auxiliary grouting lubrication.
