摘要
以某高速公路3标段为研究背景,探讨了高速公路骨架嵌挤型水泥稳定碎石基层施工要点。首先对水稳基层原材料质量要求进行分析,通过相关试验确定混合料的生产配合比,通过振动压实试验和重型压实试验确定骨架嵌挤型水泥稳定碎石混合料的最佳含水率和最大干密度。最后从混合料拌和、运输、碾压以及施工接缝处理等方面对水泥稳定碎石基层施工方法进行了研究。
This paper discusses the key points of construction of expressway skeleton-embedded cement-stabilized macadam base course based on the research background of 3-bid section of an expressway.Firstly,the quality requirements of raw materials for water-stabilized base are analyzed,and the production mix proportion of the mixture is determined through relevant tests,the optimum moisture content and the maximum dry density of the aggregate mixture stabilized by the skeleton-embedded cement were determined by the vibration compaction test and the heavy compaction test.Finally,the construction method of cement stabilized macadam base is studied from the aspects of mixture mixing,transportation,roller compaction and construction joint treatment.
