从内部控制管理的意识存在局限性,内部控制管理制度的建立缺少系统性,内部控制管理缺少运用信息化手段的主动性3方面分析企业的内部控制制度管理存在的问题,并提出相应的优化建议,如营造良好的企业内控文化环境,完善内控在全流程管理的覆盖范围,重视信息化在内控管理中的价值等。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the internal control system management of enterprises from three aspects:the limitation of the consciousness of internal control management,the lack of systematic establishment of the internal control management system,and the lack of initiative in the application of information technology,and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions,such as creating a good internal control cultural environment of enterprises and improving the coverage of internal control in the whole process management.Attach importance to the value of information technology in internal control management.
