分析了电力工程设计管理的现状和面临的挑战,包括流程化管理、软件工具应用、团队合作模式、法规遵循等方面。通过阐述数字化转型的理论基础与实践意义,探讨数字化转型的定义、框架及在设计管理中的应用。提出电力工程设计管理的数字化升级路径,包括数据驱动的设计决策、协作与通信的数字化平台、自动化与智能化设计工具、数字化培训与知识管理等方面。通过实际案例,展示了数字化转型带来的效益和启示,如提高能源效率、创新服务模式等。
This paper analyzes the current situation and challenges of power engineering design management,including process management,software tool application,team cooperation mode,compliance and so on.Through the elaboration of the theoretical basis and practical significance of digital transformation,the definition,framework and application of digital transformation in design management are discussed.The digital upgrade path of power engineering design management is proposed,including data-driven design decision,digital platform for collaboration and communication,automation and intelligent design tools,digital training and knowledge management.Through practical cases,it demonstrates the benefits and enlightenment brought by digital transformation,such as improving energy efficiency and innovative service models.
