This paper analyzes the necessity and current situation of the construction and operation management of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation projects,clarifies the problems of awareness,mechanism,funds and personnel in the current project construction and operation management,and then puts forward targeted opinions,to improve the current status of project construction and operation management.
