融雪洪水作用下寒区公路水文计算及防治措施

Hydrological Calculation and Prevention and Control Measures of Highways in Cold Area under the Action of Snowmelt Flood

在高原公路等基础设施不断建设完善的过程中,融雪型洪水灾害愈发引起重视。相较于降雨型洪水,融雪型洪水具有历时长、洪量大的特点,若防治不当,将会对寒区工程建设带来严重侵害。文章结合寒区公路水文研究成果,归纳总结了新疆高原寒区水文计算方法、河流调治及公路防水毁措施,以期为高原基础性工程从业者提供参考。

In the process of continuous construction and improvement of infrastructures such as plateau highway and so on,snowmelt flood disasters have attracted more and more attention.Compared with rainfall flood,snowmelt flood has the characteristics of long duration and large flood volume,and if the prevention and control is improper,it will bring serious harm to the construction of projects in cold area.In combination with the results of highway hydrology research in cold area,the hydrological calculation methods,river regulation and highway waterproofing measures in the cold area of Xinjiang plateau are summarized,so as to provide reference for basic engineering workers in the plateau.
