人工智能驱动下的制药产业变革

摘要 人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术凭借其强大的数据处理能力和深度学习(Deep Learning,DL)算法,从药物的初步发现与精细化设计,到药品的加速上市与智能化生产,乃至市场策略的精准营销与个性化的医疗服务,正在引领制药产业经历前所未有的变革。通过文献检索法,系统梳理了AI在药物研发领域的广泛应用,包括但不限于药物发现与设计、临床试验优化、产品上市策略制定及生产管理智能化等方面,探讨了AI技术在赋能制药领域时所面临的挑战,并对未来发展趋向进行了前瞻性展望。预计未来AI在药物发现中的全球市场价值会持续增长,在生物医药研究及制造环节的作用将逐渐显现,有望为制药领域的发展带来持续动力。 Artificial intelligence(AI)technology,with its powerful data processing capabilities and deep learning algorithms,is driving unprecedented changes in the pharmaceutical industry.These changes span from the initial discovery and refined design of drugs,to the accelerated launch and intelligent production of pharmaceuticals,and even to the precision marketing of strategies and personalized medical services.Through the literature search method,this article systematically explores AI’s impact on various aspects of the pharmaceutical industry,including drug discovery and design,clinical trials,product launch and production management,marketing strategies.It highlights how AI has driven profound changes in the industry and summarizes the challenges faced by AI technology in the pharmaceutical field,providing a forward-looking outlook on future development trends.The global market value of AI in drug discovery is expected to continue growing,and its role in biopharmaceutical research and manufacturing is gradually emerging.AI is anticipated to bring sustained momentum to the development of the pharmaceutical industry.
