运动疗法治疗慢性非特异性颈痛的meta分析

摘要 慢性非特异性颈痛(chronic non-specific neck pain,CNSNP)是指颈肩部疼痛超过12周且无明确病因引起的颈肩区域疼痛的慢性肌肉骨骼疾病[1-2]。CNSNP全球人群患病率高达约3.5%(3551.1/10万),随着电子设备的高普及率,造成其患病率趋于年轻化[3]。CNSNP易反复发作,常出现颈部疼痛和肌肉疲劳等症状,增加矿工率、医疗费用和社会负担[4]。目前,治疗CNSNP的首选和基本非手术治疗手段包括牵引治疗、物理治疗、药物疗法和传统医学等[5],其中,运动疗法是一种常用的物理治疗手段[6]。运动疗法在《物理医学与康复学指南与共识》中被评定为Ⅱ级证据,A级推荐[4]。
